APGO is a non-profit, membership-based organization for women's health educators. It promotes excellence in obstetric-gynecologic (Ob-Gyn) medical education by improving the study, teaching methods and research activities of professors who provide medical training for women's health care. SOGC : Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada The mission of the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada is to promote optimal women's health through leadership, collaboration, education, research and advocacy in the practice of obstetrics and gynaecology. The Canadian Foundation for Women’s Health helps makes possible major initiatives in women’s health research and education. In addition, this support helps fund programs to train healthcare professionals in low-resource countries, ensuring local women have access to a safe and healthy pregnancy.
